Important Information
- We are asking You kindly to arrive between
13.00 and 21.00 Hour, and if possible before 22.00.
- In a case that You travel by Train or
Airplane, we can Reserve Taxi for You.

- You need pre arrival agreement with the administration of the
Hotel/Pension STARE for Pets.
- Our Guests can use our parking area without a charge.
- We can arrange cleaning for Your clothes, however we can not take responsibility for quality of cleaning service.
Payment
- All Prices are in EURO.
- You can settle hotel bill with cash or
credit card.
- Special offer prices and discounts are not valid if you leave before your departure date. Your stay will be charged by normal
Rates.
- Discounts can not be summarized, we will
find out your favourable.
General
- This agreement about General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation starts to gain authority when we receive compulsory booking for Your arrival. Options of booking can be arranged by telephone, mail or personal contact. Final confirmation of booking needs
to be guranteed by credit card. If credit card is not available, an Advance
Payment of 100.- EURO per room is required.
- Repayments of booking fees in a case of withdrawal of reservation:
 | 30 days before arrival date 100% of advanced part payment minus booking and repayment expenses, |
| 29 or less days before arrival date no refund liable. |
Insurance against withdrawal with reason in case of illness, accident, misfortune, etc. is feasible option. We can send You an offer on Your
request.
If You wish to prolong Your staying, You should address us
as soon as possible. We are asking You kindly, that in respect of this particular matter contact us in time.
In a case that You do not arrive on time or You do not arrive at
all or in case of premature departure according to henceforth reservation we are liable to charge
You 100.- EURO per person.
Choice of a position of a room is entirely our judgment on behalf of technical
reasons.
Room service according to Your wish will be additionally charged for amount of
2.- EUR.
Day accommodation prices are higher for an amount of
city tax. City tax is obligatory for all days of accommodation, and it’s specific price is paid according to the Act for
City Taxes of Bohinj Parish Council. Total amount of City Tax is transferred to an account of the Bohinj Community to manage local community
needs.
Your meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are not transferable to other person.
In the restaurant, park area, and on the porch of the Pension, consuming of Your drink is not allowed.
There are no drinks included in half or full board prices.
On a day of arrival a room reserved is available after
13:00. In a case of Your arrival after 21:00 we are asking You kindly to inform us one day before, to hold reserved room for You. If You do not arrive at the day reserved until
22:00 Your reservation is countermand automatically, and You are obligated to fulfill engagements as stated in the General Terms and Conditions.
All meals and other services which are not cancelled a day before will be charged in full.
Guests who change their room according to their wish, are obliged to pay additional amount of
5.- EUR.
On the day of departure You should leave Your room before 11:00, however Your wish to prolong stay at that day in other parts of the Pension will be esteemed. Otherwise, price for the day of departure will be added to Your bill.
Adjustment of account and balance regarding Pension’s services is exclusive matter between You and us. All other parties are unconditionally
excluded.
Pension usually charges payment in advance at arrival day for one decade, an amount of pre-payment will be added to balance of Your account.
Balance of an account should be settled at the end of first, second, and third decade of a month, at least in three days after Pension notify a guest by an audit of account, besides a guest has to settle an account on a day of departure, just before leaving the Pension.
Payment could be carried out by cash, by checks of certain banks or by transfer to our bank account. On a day of departure transfer to our bank account is no longer possible.
There is no insurance against accident for activities outside the Pension (mountaineering, biking, skiing, etc.), except individual life insurance.
We do not take any responsibility for personal belongings of our guests, if these have not been given to our staff in safe keeping. We are not responsible for cars in Pension’s parking
area.
You can deposit Your money and valuable belongings in Reception. In that case we take all responsibility for deposits according to code of laws.
You can get information about individual short term accident or other insurance in Pension’s
Reception.
Supplement of ‘General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation’ is
our Price
List.
Prices are informative, and we are liable to make changes in cases of sudden differences of rates of exchange or in case of changes of tax charges. All prices of other activities are only informative, and are not obligatory to us.
