KOBLA Ski Resort

Kobla is the only ski resort in Slovenia that is accessible by train. Because most of its ski pistes are on considerably lower altitudes than those of Vogel, a snowmaking system was introduced in recent years. The first ski lifts are located on the outskirts of Bohinjska Bistrica. In favourable weather conditions, the largest ski trails can be snow-covered in three days. Kobla's slopes are suitable for all types of skiers, but the greatest enjoyment will be found by those who relish long and fast runs.

Ski resort KOBLA Cross-country runs in Bohinj

Kobla offers altogether 95 hectares of well-maintained alpine ski slopes and 10 km of cross-country runs. There is also a 3.6 km-long FIS course. The altitude difference from Kobla1 to the Kobla3 ski-lift is 940m.
